These Terms of Service govern your use of DirectBookAI's services, including our website, dashboard, APIs, and our ChatGPT app (MCP server). By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

AI Agents Lab LLC is responsible for the app's functionality, security, availability, support, and ongoing compliance with these terms and with applicable third-party platform policies.
Service Description
DirectBookAI provides a SaaS platform that enables hotels to distribute their property information, pricing, and availability through AI assistants including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
Audience
The service and the DirectBookAI ChatGPT app are intended for a general audience and contain no adult, violent, or otherwise age-restricted content. Users must be at least 18 years old to create a paid account.
Account Terms
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- One person or legal entity per account
Subscription and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- All plans include a 14-day free trial
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use DirectBookAI (including via our ChatGPT app) to:
- Provide false or misleading hotel information
- Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent authentication
- Interfere with, overload, or probe the operation of our services
- Promote or facilitate adult content, gambling, controlled substances, tobacco, firearms or other weapons, hate speech, harassment, or violence
- Distribute malware, spyware, phishing content, or deceptive financial schemes
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute data in violation of third-party terms
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
Third-Party Platforms
When you interact with DirectBookAI through OpenAI's ChatGPT, Anthropic's Claude, or any other third-party platform, you are also bound by that platform's own terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with those terms when you access DirectBookAI through them. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy changes, or decisions.
Platform Compliance and Removal
DirectBookAI is designed to comply with OpenAI's Usage Policies and Apps SDK developer guidelines. We acknowledge that OpenAI may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or remove our ChatGPT app from ChatGPT at any time for policy violations or any other reason, and that such action by OpenAI does not create any liability on our part toward end users beyond what is expressly provided in these terms.
Intellectual Property
DirectBookAI retains all rights to our platform, technology, and branding. You retain ownership of your hotel content and data.
Limitation of Liability
DirectBookAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform.
